You have reported to us that several resources disappeared from your Haven Worlds after the 4th of May update. We would like to clarify the issue with you through this article.

EDIT: The reset has been cancelled and the team would need to go back to the drawing board and study the issue more. On a positive note, we will be resetting the ecosystems of Bonta and Sufokia on May 23. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Since the last update, several resources disappeared from Haven Worlds. Indeed, the fishing lakes you can build in your Haven Worlds are empty and it is not possible to mine anymore as the mineral quarries are gone.

In order to correct the issue, we would have to apply a complete reset of the ecosystem in all Haven Worlds.

This operation will delete all the plantations present in your Haven World, the fishes, the ores and also the trees, the plants, the crops and the monsters that were “planted” in your Haven Worlds.

This reset will happen during a hotfix that will be applied on Tuesday, the 23rd of May.

We highly suggest that you remove your plantations as well as extract the monsters’ seeds that are in your Haven World before the 23rd of May.

This patch will correct several bugs in game and will allow us to add some small functionalities. We will come back to you with more details about those changes once prepared.

But the ore-STONES and the fish-LAKES and the FIELDS itself will remain, right?

So after the hotfix the ores and fishes will just naturally respawn/restock.

Will there also be new Haven World auctions soon for those of us who have not been able to enjoy that feature of the game? Feels really bad playing this game without one and even worse not knowing when or if I'll ever be able to.

Will there be any excepcional hotfixes before then for the missing Mahocurrent trees (rare Mahogany)? It sucks not being able to upgrade/craft some equipment since the patch went live due to this bug. It's really limiting for players trying to upgrade to perform better on Zinit 2 dungeons.

There's 2 bugs I'm experiencing with HW

1.) All of this type of fence can't be moved, they can't be clicked

2.) Some decorations stays there after you remove it.
-item returns to inventory
-a clone is still in HW that can't be move
-the tile cannot be stepped on
-after awhile, it appears as if nothing is there, but the tile still can't be interact with or stepped on

Will we still be sent into oblivion if we dare lose our connection during a HW combat?

Also, adding to mokuiz's post, the "Bleachers" decoration under the Bilbizan decorations tab is unclickable and unselectable as well, therefore it's impossible to move or destroy it.

By the way Sabi, do you plan on adding new Lakes and Quarries with the resources from lvl 90 to 125 in the near future?
