WAKFU Warriors: Summer 2023 Event - 2023-07-05 16:00
Back to listOnce again, WAKFU Warriors returns this summer, more inclusive than ever! Ready to take part in the biggest inter-community, inter-server tournament in the WAKFU 'verse?
WAKFU Warriors is a worldwide community tournament put on by the tenacious Augaroma and Jimbow.
Ankama is taking extra care to make this summertime event more accessible than ever, especially for non-French-speaking communities.
The tournament starts on Friday, July 28, with the final taking place on Tuesday, August 22.
Up to 128 teams will be accepted!
Registration Is Open!
The registration period ends on Sunday, July 23, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).
Before you give in to the siren's call (or the Raul Mops's call?), take a few minutes to see what all is special about the latest tournament.
After that… Feel free to dive in!
Overview
Objective numero uno of WAKFU Warriors: Summer 2023 is to accommodate the most people. To that end, we've been mindful of a few aspects:
- This tournament isn't just for players focused on gear building, i.e. creating and upgrading high-level characters. It's for everybody! (See the new emblem system.)
- There will be designated representatives from each community to address your questions and concerns. For the EN community, it's Suspect!
- A "ballottage" system is planned.
Otherwise, we're keeping what has worked before: Form teams of up to six players (different individuals) and get your Build 230 ready for epic 6v6 battles on the beta server.
The machines in Ecaflipus will provide level 200-230 gear, with white sockets (and everything needed to enchant them) available for free. Also, if you're feeling all lone-warrior, six-hero mode will be available.
It will also feature the tried-and-true draft system, along with specific rules and comfort-based states (anti-delay) to offer a more dynamic PvP experience!
Now take a look at the tournament roadmap and schedule!
Pretty cool, right?

Emblems
With the brand-new emblem system, if you don't have time to create builds – that is, build and upgrade your character to your satisfaction – you can now choose between five emblems: five archetypes with stats similar to an optimized level-230 character (though nothing comparable to the advanced mechanics allowed by some sublimations).
Bug Tracking on the Beta Server
The beta server will be open to all during the registration phase, then restricted to participants, referees, streamers, and commentators once registration ends.
The beta server will open its doors on July 6.
During the registration phase, there will be a bug tracking event!
You'll get to track down and report the most problematic bugs in PvP, helping us make sure the tournament runs as smoothly as possible.
To do so, head to the beta server to find those nasty bugs and submit reports to our bot: Protoflex. Players who report relevant bugs will receive the mythical title of "Bhug Hunter"!
These recipients will be selected by Ankama staff.

Draft
Each of the two teams must choose three classes – thereby making those classes exclusive – so the other team cannot play them.
Both teams must also ban classes from the joint selection. No team will be allowed to play those.
Then, each team must choose three classes from the remaining six, and they can be selected jointly (and not exclusively) by both teams.
The selection process is as follows:
- Team A bans a class, blocking it for the other team/their team.
- Team B bans a class, blocking it for the other team/their team.
- Team A picks a class, blocking it for the other team.
- Team B picks a class, blocking it for the other team.
