You really dont think that is not toxic behavior and bullying? high lvl people should be fighting their own level, not hunting low lvls. Thats just pathetic on behalf of the high lvls and gives a very "good" reputation to the high lvl players.

The whole pact thing is a big failure, all I hear is people abusing it to get low lvl alts to max lvl in the matter of hours. Just the other day I was helping a guild mate get some xp as he had the pact on -> 3x 230 lvl heroes on one dude just comes and kills him, he was lvl 78. What is the point of...

This is what I personally dislike. I wish you could just lower the level and your gear would "scale down" to said level of power. Constantly getting new gear for multiple different levels is just stupid waste of money.

I play as a fogger, lets say I dont have a sidekick with me (it usually dies anyway at some point unless I concentrate on healing and shielding it) so that I am completely alone in it. How do you expect me to kill the boss if ending a turn ...

The mechanics that make bosses invulnerable are zero skill lazy developing imo.

Just go look at the high lvl players in places they tend to lurk or go to Moon or other higher lvl area to see what they play; always the same couple of heroes. So boring...

Wait until you hit lvl 125 to start looking at the gear. Also I would recommend using the armory (https://www.wakfu.com/en/mmorpg/encyclopedia/armors) to look into armors and weapons to use. It takes some time to look around but it helps a lot.
