Problem is? You can switch to your char that has the jobs. Also they're working on making the jobs account wide. Huppermage gets class change later also. None of the new classes get class change from the get go.

Mono element, Offensive fogger use Fire Defensive fogger use Earth Choose one of these element and Max all their spells to increase damage. Fire pales to stasis so that leaves only earth actually xd

The problem lies in QB generation and that the class is mid range dmg dealer. Well better support features would be welcome also. Otherwise it's pretty fine.

The classes still need balancing. Some spells need something to be more interesting and actually viable in battle. Nerfs/Buffs as long as every class got their own streghts and have a role to play in team.
