Feca, sadida, xelor is a good three man team

Play in international server :Remington, for more populated player base thus more active in game market
I'd definitely recommend starting on Remington, but for the rest just play wahetever seems nice to you. We can help you explain what each different class can or cannot do, but any team comp will work unless you'll want to do some very high level dungeons alone (which aren't meant to be done alone in the first place).
Still, it would be best to have at least someone that's melee and someone that's range, plus having all four elements available. You might struggle more than necessary otherwise.
