Xelor is the best balanced class

How come xelor's cog do 12023 (block) Light damage (fire) on target with 86% fire resistance that too 3 times in a turn ?

Other Details :-
Xelor has 24% damage inflicted as per chat log
it was 1st turn

Take note I’m pretty sure this is only available at the max level with best armor sublimations etc.

I think the stacking levels of cog charges from Xelor is very overpowered for sure and so is the Tremblor stacks from Eliotrope since they raise the base dmg of the stacked effect up to a very high state.
Ougi has a lot of poison types and fighting against Osa is like 1v3 and Pandawa has too many ways of reducing dmg received but at least they are still manageable, not like the stackings with no ways to counter.

Honestly I disagree, cog isn't the problem, the problem is you can trigger cog multiple times on turn 1 using Dial master.

Dial master is a passive exclusively used to waste all your resources on a turn 1 burst

Have to disagree with that "exclusively" mate, Dial Master is also used for odd turn burst.
~~Not saying Dial Master multiple times per turn isn't a problem, I have to agree with that~~

Fair, but it has the same problem as the mask off passive on maqueraiders where a lot of players cycle trough all of their masks on turn 1 to turn their WP into AP, even if that wasn't the intention behind the design
