Hello!

[Highest level craft/harvest] + [20 levels] is pretty much it.
I think after ~+14 +11 levels the xp starts to go down, until it's so low you can't progress anymore.

Reg here ( https://www.wakfu.com/en/forum/8-general-discussions/189111-showoff-thread?page=49#entry1045202 ) got lv150 on his weapons-master, with the highest-level-craft there being lv130.

Haylen posted the in-depth-numbers here: https://www.wakfu.com/en/forum/117-crafting/231249-crafting-exp?page=1#entry1032966, let me excerpt from that:

Spoiler (click here to show spoiler)

Longer list of the xp curves
10 above = 0% sucess
9 above = 10% sucess chance, 190% xp multiplier (19% xp efficiency)
8 above = 20% sucess chance, 180% xp multiplier (36% xp efficiency)
7 above = 30% sucess chance, 170% xp multiplier (51% xp efficiency)
6 above = 40% sucess chance, 160% xp multiplier (64% xp efficiency)
5 above = 50% sucess chance, 150% xp multiplier (75% xp efficiency)
4 above = 60% sucess chance, 140% xp multiplier (84% xp efficiency)
3 above = 70% sucess chance, 130% xp multiplier (91% xp efficiency)
2 above = 80% sucess chance, 120% xp multiplier (96% xp efficiency)
1 above = 90% sucess chance, 110% xp multiplier (99% xp efficiency)
0 level difference, all the way to 10 below = 100% success chance, 100% xp multiplier
11 below = 100% sucess chance, 97.6% xp multiplier
12 below = 100% sucess chance, 90.4% xp multiplier
13 below = 100% sucess chance, 79.4% xp multiplier
14 below = 100% sucess chance, 65.4% xp multiplier
15 below = 100% sucess chance, 50% xp multiplier
16 below = 100% sucess chance, 34.6% xp multiplier
17 below = 100% sucess chance, 20.6% xp multiplier
18 below = 100% sucess chance, 9.6% xp multiplier
19 below = 100% sucess chance, 2.4% xp multiplier
20 below = 100% sucess chance, 0% xp multiplier

For calculating the xp you need per level:
The formula is  75 * (Cur_Lv + Next_Lv)  (instead of the 100 * (Cur_Lv + Next_Lv)  you see on the wiki). They just scaled it down.
And for the XP between any 2 levels, you can use the one from the wiki with a changed coefficient as well: 75 * (Current + Goal) * (Goal - Current).
By scaling the xp your already existing profession-levels shifted according to the new formula as well.

The only info I have on xp given per ressource is this, but it's probably outdated by now. At least it explains how the xp is put together (being more per component that had to be crafted).
Maybe this is the new standard, but I'm not exactly sure if there were changes since then, as I barely crafted.
You can check the xp in the menue, of your current level, and maybe figure something out there in case you need it to prepare for higher levels.

Cheers!

it's not capped, you just need to make higher level crafts. but there aren't any.

it's a bit like using a level 100 tailor to do a level 30 craft. you weren't getting that exp anyway. same applies here.

The only problem I encountered in Profession leveling is Time and difficulty to acquire items.
