It lets you "change an attack rune into a Damage rune...".

Aren't all attack slots damage slots? What does this thing do?

I think they can change metamorfo runes back into normal damage.

I guess that comes from the times when attack slots could be Damage, Healing, Summon damage...

Now, I guess they are pointless now. But save them just in case, you never know if they might become useful someday.
