BONTA GOVERNMENT - ¡First Bontarien Community Event!

Decree No. 001 of Maysial 24, 975
I, Danuvien the Reformer, by the power democratically bestowed upon me, as elected Governor of Bonta, in association with the entirety of the Council members and
Considering
1st. That our common goal as members of the government and as citizens of the nation is to make it thrive and grow both in population as in resources;
2nd. That the objective of being part of a community is to help and make everyone feel comfortable, welcomed and amused;
3rd. That it is our duty as public servers to help the community we serve to integrate, enjoy itself and forge enduring relationship between its members;
4th. That it is our wish, as the symbolic authority of our great Nation, to materialize and exteriorize the principles ruling our politics, and thus regain the trust of the citizens on their government;
Hereby decree as follows
1st. To hold a "Hide and Seek" event within the frontiers of Bonta and with the participation of any citizen willing to involve and have some fun with its compatriots.
2nd. The rules for said event will be the following:
- a) The Governor shall hide himself somewhere inside of Bonta's limits (only dungeons wont be taken in account).
- b) Any player willing to participate will just have to find the Governor's hideout.
- c) Participation will be preferably for bontarien citizens only, there'll be no level restriction.
- d) Participants are allowed to ask any member of the Council for one clue (each) on the whereabouts of the Governor.
- e) One, and only one member of the Council will know the actual ubication of the Governor, but this information is classified.
- f) The event will start when the Council decrees so (ingame), and will end within 2 hours or when the Governor is found.
- g) The starting point for every participant will be the Bonta Outpost.
- h) There can be only ONE winner, but the prize may be shared if that's the case.
3rd. The prize for the lucky citizen who finds the Governor will be a brand-new set of shiny Haven-Gems (2 gems of each kind).
4th. Said event will take place on Maysial 25, 975 at 20:30 in the Bonta Outpost (SERVER TIME, to check it out type /time on the chat window).

Just commenting some things:
1 - You might wish to make this kind of post with more antecipation, 1 day is really short for people to take notice of the event.
2 - This isn't the first bontarian community event. It might be the first YOU did, it felt a bit offensive to all the other people that made events before. I know it might not be fresh, but there were some.
3 - Even if you might be in for roleplay and everything, including only one nation in the event is a bit ... Meh. You might be pulling visibility for bonta, but at least try to include the most ammount of people, if it is a community event. Making things for only one part of a small community is kinda doomed.
4 - The prizes were kinda a turn off. I know it's hard to afford more things or nicer things, but Heaven gems are really kinda meh. For next time maybe a costume, emote or even some raw ammount of money. I know it is not supposed to be the focus of the event, but it will raise participation. Maybe make more winning categories, so not only the first one gets something. Or maybe ask a bit of each participant, so you can sum up a better prize.
5 - I dont know how the event went - I could not participate - but one nice thing that you can make is give hints. This might have been your idea as to work for only bontatians, as you can talk in nation chat.
6 - Keep on the good work, it's hard to make things work, but I appreciate your effort. The post was really well made!
