Is it worthy to create pandawa ? I am asking because i saw several posts that say Pandawa class isn't so good. Also, which role fits best for pandawa ?
positioner/support, made for positioning enemies in a way so you can use aoe spells on them, gain backstab or just throw them far away so you wont have to worry about them. Damage is subpar and hardly worth focusing on, instead i would focus on tankyness and having a lot of mp to be a better positioner.
Xelorium and Moon gear still good to go. In the long run moon gear can be used up to lv 200 granted is prepared well as zinit gear would take some time and money to collect.

Yep, maybe you can work something out with preparation and excess relic rune for nuke damage

Some people say that panda works well in pvp too but I've never tried that
