healer panda, yes or nah

I had a few problems when playing a tank panda. Consider that pandawa switches through three states thanks to his barrel (it is a bit more complicated than this, but I'll try to sum it up without talking about too many passives and such):
Sober (you always start a fight as sober): +1 range;
Merry (basically your dd turn): +1 ap, +crit%, +dmg%;
Worn-out (your tank turn): +1 mp,  +block%, +elemental res, -dmg%.

Since pandawa always starts the fight as Sober and has to pass through Merry to finally get the Worn-out state, and you can only change state one time per turn, you will have to wait your third turn in combat to start tanking efficiently...

Also, you're limited during the first turn of tanking as you can't take advantage of the Pandemic passive (when you hold the barrel, it gives extra resistances and redirects 20% of the dmg to the barrel), since you have to let go the barrel for 1 turn in order to go directly from Merry to Worn-out state.

Another limitation regards the fact that, during long fights (for example boss fights), you won't be able to efficiently tank on your 8th, 13th, 18th turn... and so on, because both Merry and Worn-out state can only last 5 consecutive turns. So, after getting the Worn-out state, you'll only be able to tank on certain turns and then have a turn of merriment that would definitely fuck up an endgame Moon or Zinit dungeon, as the boss would easily evade your lock and also hit you very hard when you won't have those extra resistances and block to help you.

Pandawas are too versatile and can do everything and nothing at the same time... They just don't fit in a precise role, and only excel at map controlling. 

I wouldn't suggest you use a panda as a tank, but go for a positioner offtank panda which could take dmg for his allies, move mobs away from frail dds and such... You could go for a 3 man team with a positioner offtank (Panda), a dd/supporter that can heal, like an Eca or Masq, and a ranged dd that may really need you tank Panda's protection, such as a Cra.

I've tanked all dungeons up to and including moon dungeon.
Panda is a viable tank as they're similarly as tanky as Feca for example(Excluding immunity).
The problem here would be, tanking post 7 turns (Should really happen anyways tbh) and lack of a trasnport because once you cant push or pull a boss.(Which almost immediately means no kachamrak), you have no positioning for the boss which is panda's strongest quality as tank.Then there's the last and only thing that really reduces pandas tanking ability. That Barrel could make or break a fight. Like imagine this, you could consistenly have 10-15 dizzy every turn if you have a barrel on the floor near the boss and on your panda, this is optimal but never happens because majority of bosses have an anti summon mechanic. Again they're super tanky, and have the qualities of a tank. But aren't practical because the game simply doesn't like Kachamrak or Summons. If there weren't straight up mechanics that disable kachramrak from mobs They'd be fine.
