What would you, a 137 earth/water pve pandawa, spend 830 refined tokens on?

There's Dark Vlad's Epps, from Blackspore. An extra AP is good, but the epps I have now are still good compared to some of my other equipment.
Powerful Dazzling Belt, from Lenalds. Certainly better than my cheap commoner belt from castuc, but what does a panda need control for?
Nettlez would be great if I didn't already have LEC.
Flax amulet is too many levels away. I'm grinding pretty casually on this panda. Would it be best to wait for it anyway?
Should I even be trying for relics or epics with refined tokens? Should I just deck out in rares instead?

I would go for the Dark Vlad ep's buddy that 8% crit is huge, besides flaxhid's is cheap can sell your vlad's when you get to 150 ish, assuming you are using WR + arachnee and trade in for a flax. Lenalds Walm Pelt would probably be nice too, not sure what epic you are using.
I run asse shield on my earth/water panda tbh, stack block chance and just make him meatshield everything and position stuff for my rogue.
Thanks for the advice. Asse looks good, but my only weapon is chopchop, no room for asse.
Vlads epps seems to be the way to go, then. Flax is ideal for pandas later, is it?
Depends i can't really see flax being too optimal unless you badly need that +50 INIT , i play my panda Melee mostly, would probably take a Souleater over flax but on my current build *glorified meatshield positioner* Happy Sram Kimono for that 8% block chance and ap, MP isn't that useful on Panda's imo since you have so many positioning tools.
150 really isn't that far away honestly, you could lesser that gap with Kit items ie, Arachnee and Whispered Ring.
Its really hard to accurately pinpoint your damage type on earth/water build but i gravitate mostly towards aoe stuff with six roses for armoring.
If you don't see yourself being 150 soon i would just take the PDB, but vlads out class the belt by a lot.
