How To Panda and How they behave in pvp?

well i was on the beta trying sac, and for no reason in specific i created a panda, so far now  the spells seems good the animation too
but and cant seem to make the class do Damage, (aoe+Distance) build and neither with a Melee+General Damage build More like a off tank pvp 
some people said that hupermage are complicade but man, i cant figure out pandas, and i'm a pretty good hupermage,
cant find a right buid either i love the water spells,  milk way is amazing, shame you can only cast it 1 time per turn
there is any way to use milkway on o Off tank build? or the off tanker  only goes for earth/fire
i could have some help also with passives, there are so many good passives, cant decide between then

what i have been trying to do, is start the  game aply some dizzy on the enemy grab barrel go for the Drunk state where you gain pa/final damage, put dizzy on enemy on the levevel 10-15 and put   - resist and do a milkway nuke

when going off tank i tried the max to stay close to the target geting  block+armor and using that stated where you gain 20% block, only switching when i can do a good dizy combo

what i'm doing wrong? i realy want to learn panda,not just too play panda but too know how to play against then and   on that department, What is the best way to beat a panda? kite? out Damage? or wait for Pw goes down?
because my panda feels way like my iop in consuption of WP if careless i go for 0 pw in 3 turn 

gear wise i should focus on the same gear as a feca, % block and lock/Close Combat or should i go for crit and only use Block from status and barrel stat?
also Resist should be top priority on a off tank? almost all pvp videos  i see panda have around 75%(Aoe/Dist) and melee ones over 84%-87%

It's a question what you want exactly. If you want a pvp pandawa or if you want a pve pandawa decides about the answers. For pvp, I think full tank pandawa (with a combination of damage and tanking gear) is the best, because tanks are obviously the meta. You can make a milkway all enemies destruction in second turn Pandawa too, but obviously you die if the enemie don't die in this turn and there are better classes for this setup.
PvE Pandawas are one of the complexest classes in Wakfu (I played all classes a time) and you have a lot of decisions to think about every turn. All is about dizzy and the barrel. The supportspells consume mostly WP, but you need them often, so you have to think about WP and WP regeneration, one tactic is the rotation of merry and worn-out and the other is consumption of 15 dizzy. For PvE you should take priority on tools to change situations for your team, save teammates and make good setups for others, you aren't a glascannon DD, you are the life insurance of your teammates. AOE is good to have good damage and with AOE spells you can stack dizzy on different target and reach enemies in tricky positions. I think changing the position from close to range and staying sometimes in the middle is the best for a helpful Pandawa, not only focus on CCdamage if you don't want to be the full tank/PvP Pandawa all the time and PvE tanking is viable but really annoying, Fecas do it a lot better.

there is any bread and butter combo? like Do A dizzy+ six rose for armor  every turn when tanking or something like that?
i'm using both builds now, when i'm pve on moon i go for disntace+zone because OP crocs hit so hard
and when pvp i go for melee 
can you also tell me the Best way to consume dizzy to de damage ?

I think there aren't really great "bread and butter" combos, because you need to rotate merry and worn-out and even if you don't  want to rotate, it isn't your full decision, because after 5 turns it change automatically.
But there is a little combo I like for tanking (not perfect for tanking, you aren't a Feca):
You are in worn-out and have 13AP and are carring the barrel on begin of round.
2AP Earth rotation (2 Dizzy) spell (Res. and Lock)
(0AP)Place Barrel next to you.
2AP Karchamrak on Enemy (more Lock)
4 AP Lactid Acid (4 Dizzy) on the field you want to tank the Enemy (-2BP and damage)
1 AP Karchamrak on Barrel
4 AP Six Roses to get Shield (and Flaming (more Lock))

If you can't use the combo(not enough AP, because of repositioning or anything else), you have happy hour (2AP 1WP) to survive this turn, but tanking bosses like SB is a big problem now, because we haven't a passiv like leather plating.

To consume dizzy, the best option for damage is flaming burp with passive wich gives up to 60% final damage.

 thank you for the information  on the combos there, i'm using a ranged build for pve/moon mobs
and on pvp i'm doing the Earth/Water tank, i run with a steam/feca so a off healer fits well on the comp,and now that i'm starting to get the class it realy nice to do a 4k-5k heal on the feca
or some crazy aoe damage.
but on the pvp side,my earth/water tank panda i'snt working so far,  almost  0 wins, dont know what i'm doing wrong, i manage worm out and merry ,take resist from enemys do milk wave nuke, or try dizzy and grab armor, but i just get melted.
my gear is not that op gear, but i'm fighthing people with similiar gear, and my  70% base resist  seem like nothing, 


and let me do a litle trick question, i'm realy new to the game so a lot of information comes from experiencie or learning from other peoples,
Can you tell me what i should watch for whem pvp classes for exemple
i know that iops do a super punch( and use that sword  to get 15-20% final damage)
most of the class have those super power moments, and i dont know they and even the ones i know i cant always think about what to do, i think on iops i got 2 thinks kite and run aways/take mp or kill the sword and grab the max i can in shield so i survive the burst,i wont lie i dont have so much confidenci yeat on my panda, so always choose to run but i have been watching people on beta and they always do some crazy thinks like stab the iop go to a corner and block with barrel.

i would like to know for most classes when playiing panda or even whem not playing panda, what should i be doing? how can i predict whats going to happen
most of this knowledge comes from experiencie i know, you could just say play the game and learn by yourself, if you say so i dont mind 
but in all other games that a played there whore always those litle guides where people say, when playing "Mage" etc you should focus on kiting, or when a warrior goes for you freeze them and teleport.
you know those kind of things, but i dont see nothing closes to that here,the max i saw was on a pvp list some people theory crafting fights and i learned a lot there, but i want more.
and panda seems like a forgoten class, i swear to you that i have never seem one, and never did play with one until i made mine, so i never fighted one,,neither,  it is all new to me.

You can't combine DD and Tank for pvp. If you want to play DD im pvp, stack Dizzy first turn, survive to second turn and kill with milkwave, but the chance to survive is low. Or go FULL Tank use Pandemic and Rock, skill as much in HP as you can, Res. 10 and 5 Barrier.

More like you need to understand the weakness of each class n use it as your advantage as a panda because panda is a master of map manipulation.

that is the question,, i mean how can i manipulate the map in my favor? aside from puting people on the edge of the map for -mp i cant seem to think of any good way to get advantage
