Uhhh, my sacrier is bugged

I just got back into the game after not playing for a year and for some reason my level 25 Sacrier with +3 AP gear can't even outdamage an Astrub Treechnid's heal with his fire damage (Roughly 40-50 damage total per turn) while my Feca with identical gear can kill them in 1 turn.
Is this bugged or were sacriers always this weak?

Oh and all my stats are still distributed into damage, because Ankama doesn't give stat refunds when they ruin a class, so that can't be it.
