This does the math for you!
Just pick the passives, gear, and skills there, then check the HP in the characteristics-tab.
Eni can be added at custom characteristics at pure hp, and there you can also add %hp that you get when you are in fight.
Anything put into the custom-char-tab is added to the other stuff.
EDIT: Thanks for the reminder! I've elaborated on that then.
You don't have to do much math there, you should give it another go
Just know what spells add %hp or Hp that isn't covered with the passives outside of fights, and put it there.
So when blood pact says "hp boost to sac: 120% of their level per ally in fight", and you are level 200, and say you have 5 allies that are level 200, you get +200 * 1.2 * 5 hp = +1200hp.
Go to custom-char, then type 1200 into the hp (not %hp), and that is accounted for.
Tatooed blood says "HP boost to sacrier: 600% of level." If you are 200, you get +200 * 6.00 = +1200 hp.
Go to custom-char, and add that to the hp (not %hp). If you already had 1200 in there, you now have +2400.
Enis constitution gives "400% of the enis level as hp" to every ally. So with a lv200 eni, it gives 200 * 4.00 = 800hp.
Go to custom-char, and add that to the hp (not %hp). If you already had 2400 in there, you now have +3200.
And so on. It's not hard, but you have to know which spells add effects in your fight
You still have to pick the gear with most HP, rune with HP, pick the passives that give you HP outside of fights as well, pick your abilities, and if we forgot any other skills that add hp in your fight, add that to the characteristics.
Best to pick your passives, and check the HP after adding. If it didn't make a difference when it should have, add it manually. E.g. Rock-passive works fine, but those that depend on your level or allies in the fight, that gives a buff when you start the fight, aren't added automatically.
Don't forget to save your progress by clicking "Generate a Link" and saving that!
While having lots of HP is fun, it might not be viable. It might be viable when combined with eni's resistance buff but you will only be a punching bag or a blob of HP. Anyways I made a fun little build in the Methodwakfu's builder: HP build
You can push it further by throwing resistance out the window.

The tool won't account for Blood Pact/Tattooed Blood/Eni thing thought so it'll be more

i tried that but like i said im not good at math so i cant really figure it all out for the custom tab x.x

It's a menial task. Not a hard one.
Cheers!
