Viability of Air Xelor?

I just wanted some opinions on it. More less instead of the water first route and then use some air spells its the other way around.

You will use Fugit and Punishment as your damage spells and they can do decent damage. They both have awkward ranges though but I think it can put out solid damage.

Also you can level some water spells if you wanna be able to take ap when it benefits you.

More less you could go mainly damage with the last 2 spells focusing on them. Or you could go almost hybrid with a little more focus on air.

Problem is Punishment is so incredibly fickle.

You'd have no issue PvE (Well, fleety bastards like Tofu AI things might give you trouble), but you're even more dial-reliant than usual in PvP. Once they figure out you're an Air Xelor, your limited fugit and Punishment ranges would hurt.

Right but you also have the option of mixing in some water for ap stealing since your air spells make it better. Which is useful for pvp
