I'm confused, is this option A

or is it option B

Basically I can't understand if the tooltip means applying and resisting for all 3 (option A), or applying only to states, and only resisting AP and MP loss (option b )
It appears that adding willpower (which costs 10 points vs. 5 points for wisdom) increases chances of AP/MP removal 1% for every level and resistances 1% for every 2 levels, in addition to increased chances to apply/resist states.
