Thinking about changing class to Feca

By Parthoris - MEMBER - October 16, 2015, 12:10:39

Hello, people!

I would like to change my 161 Cra to Feca, because I'd like to become very useful for team by supporting it.I like support characters.
I'd changed to Osa, but it still gets constantly "balancing issues" and pure Summoner play-style looks like dead (all Osa I saw are dragons now).

I still have doubts, will this be right choice to change class to Feca or not, so I'd like to ask some questions to Feca players:

1) Is this true, that this class boring and mostly it's impossible to solo mobs for leveling? (1-2 mobs in 1 pack [Xelot family], for example)

2) Due to lack of damage, Feca is still "wanted" party member for hard dungeons? (e.g. Enurado HC, Xelorium Past & Present) Maybe sometimes it's better take DD, rather than pure support class?

3) Currently, I have Wa Wabbit gear, is this good "start" for Feca? Or should I search for better equipment? (already trying to get Xelorioum Past gear)

4) How much AP/MP is needed for Feca? Currently I have 12/6 AP/MP, but I'd like to change some of my equipment so it will be 12/5 (I've got Flaxhid Talisman and will try to get Withered Breastplate)

5) Tri elemental or Duo elemental gear? So far my equipment is full Fire/Earth, but Water looks like "must-have" too. Especially for Drip, Avalanche and last water skill for damage.

6) Feca should use Shield item, right? I've got dimensional shield, but what weapon should I take for Feca?

And about skills I'm planning to use: (please, correct me/give advice for better spell deck)
Fire: flaming carpet (161); magma armor(161); probably meteor/natural attack;
Water: Drip (161); Avalanche (161); Bubble (151*); Crushing Waves (161);
Earth: Fecablades(161); Orb(161); Feca staff(161); probably hammer;
Passives: Resilence; Feca Master; Refection; Temporal Flux; Elementor/Untouchable
If there's not enough exp to level skills, then my priority will be:
Earth->Fire (except for Flaming Carpet & Magma Armor 1st priority) ->Water (except for Drip, 1st priority);
Stats:
INT: Resistance (10); rest for %HP;
STR: (20) AoE damage; rest for general damage;
AGI: almost everything to Lock, but maybe use some points for Ini
CHANCE: (20) Block; (20) Crit Resistance; (20) Backstab Resistance
MAJOR: 1 AP; 1 MP; Resistance; Range&Dmg / Control & Dmg

I think there's no need for further exp investiment to Bubble, since on 151st lvl it gets it's max range bonus.
P.S.
Sorry for bad english.

You are much better off keeping the cra and leveling a feca on the same account.

A bit late but here it goes:

1) Is this true, that this class boring and mostly it's impossible to solo mobs for leveling? (1-2 mobs in 1 pack [Xelot family], for example)

If you go fire/earth with glyphs you should be able to kill mobs of all sizes around your level.
I was able to kill mobs of 7 xelotes (past) with my feca at the time she was around Lvl 160.

2) Due to lack of damage, Feca is still "wanted" party member for hard dungeons? (e.g. Enurado HC, Xelorium Past & Present) Maybe sometimes it's better take DD, rather than pure support class?

The harder the dungeon the more the need for a feca smile
It is the not so hard dungeons where it might be more efficient to bring another DD instead but even there a feca will be helpful as long as the fights last at least 2 turns.

3) Currently, I have Wa Wabbit gear, is this good "start" for Feca? Or should I search for better equipment? (already trying to get Xelorioum Past gear)

Depends on the parts you have you need good tanky gear go for items that got lots of block, lock, single target dmg (for tank build single-target helps your orb-armor), area dmg (for solo build for glyph dmg)

4) How much AP/MP is needed for Feca? Currently I have 12/6 AP/MP, but I'd like to change some of my equipment so it will be 12/5 (I've got Flaxhid Talisman and will try to get Withered Breastplate)

I personally have 11/7 for full support (just buffing, debuffing, positioning, some tanking and absolutely zero dmg). I like to have that extra MP because our shields cost MP and it helps when you are standing in your own "Fecablades" Glyph.
Sometimes I go 10/7 using "Accounts Key" for wakfu demanding fights.

5) Tri elemental or Duo elemental gear? So far my equipment is full Fire/Earth, but Water looks like "must-have" too. Especially for Drip, Avalanche and last water skill for damage.

I would recommend duo fire/earth if you want to be able to solo mobs and dish out some dmg or water/earth for pure support/tank build (drip can be real nice)

6) Feca should use Shield item, right? I've got dimensional shield, but what weapon should I take for Feca?

cheap option A: "Infected Cawwot Sword" used this before i got my "Indestructable Boots" for an extra MP it also has range which is very nice for support/buff/debuff build

cheap option B: "Twin-Pwonged Cawwot"

expensive option: "Glaivus Shushu"

It seems to me that there's an expensive option B – Brutus Shushu.

Nonono, 2h weapon for a feca is a terrible option. Fecas should always wear a shield + some 1h weapon. A real expensive option C would be one of these:

If you want decent tanky Feca gear around your level for a very small investment, get the Wobot set for starters.

Fright Saber has 1) more HP, 2) more lock, 3) more block, 4) more damage, and 5) less overall resist.
