I have changed to earth cra and modified my gear to earth element as well but they are the same
Going mono element was OK long time ago, currently duo or tri element is a must do. So look for a gear with duo/tri elemental mastery + distance or critical mastery and critical hits on every possible gear which are amulet, cloak, epaulettes, belt, dagger+1h weapon
