I gotta be honest with ya here and tell you that expert locker and air equip do not mix well for ***. Air equip is more attuned to dodge. If you're earth then expert locker is nice to stack it high enough to lock about anything, but not air. Less you plan to wear earth equip as an air iop.
What do you wanna do more? pve or pvp? Also show off is "really" bad until you get to the 50-60 range where good crit gear comes in. Otherwise you depend on people kill for you to power up. Well, 3-4 kills till push to you cap with a lvl 15 showoff but, after 3-4 kills, its nigh over in most pve fights.
I would suggest fixing your format unless you want most of the replies to be about laughing.
A maxed authority and maxed showoff? They pour into the same damage buff pool. Way past diminished returns. It is no longer beneficial for regaining capped 100% modifer through the pool by using both. Showoff is nice for specific reasons over authority but does not shine until later levels. Jump should not be used for relied mobility. You need to max it to be over to jump over people and over obstacles. If your intend is to get out of a lock, super iop punch works. If your intend it is to get past clones or pets/dolls to attack a class that you do well against, being able to jump over another player/obstacle is best.
