So much has changed just this week that I don't think anyone has a really solid guide or build. Everyone is still trying things out.
But this is good news for you as a new player! Soon there will be people posting advice and guides. But what's more, is the fact that now you get another free respec at a higher level (level 80) so after leveling a good bit and having a feel for your powers and play style you can reset your skills to better suit that style.
there's a free level reset? Wasn't aware I joined just as the update happened lol. Ok I didn't want to mess up thinking that there was no way of resetting my points so that's good to know.
