No, but if you have some build slots empty, when you reach 171 you can make a custom build 170, using your equipments and characteristics, with the automatic build 170, osa gets psykoko, croc and kokoleric. It's not really worth it to lose a build slot for this, in my opinion, since you can catch one at 173, but if you want it, it's an option.
