osa healing

If by "his healing spells" you mean Magpie and Cwabstix Pincer: no, he can't.
But he can heal himself by summoning a mob that has healing spells, like our beloved Wabbit Shawpshootew, and targeting himself with one of the mob's healing spells.
The Gobgob itself can also heal allies, including the Osamodas that summoned it.
An Osamodas can only heal summons or an ally that has been treated as a summon with Animal Link.
These heals are exceptionally weak.
Much stronger heals come from mobs, such as Fluffy Gobbette, Exotic Crab, Wabbit Shawpshootew, and Kokoleric.
I would just like to add how you are better of with a Wabbit Shawpshootew than a Gobgob, the contrast between the two is very obvious, one is cool and one is old and outdated
well osa is on list to revamp, so new gobgob coming soon
on next year or next 5 years
