Victus and Northern Archer are the only two that really come off the top of my head as good pre-140. Keep getting those levels you're very close to wabbit shawpshootew.

depends on what you';d like in a summon. Raw power is nice with victus...if you sub you could go to zinit and catch a whirly or drheller.
Then you could also think about some utility summons. I don't know about anyone else, but sometimes I like to bring out a crablock to give 3AP to an ally. That northern crobak baby has some nice mp and range reduction abilities, but I don't know how well willpower works with summons and since they made that change globally reducing players abilities to hinder mobs stats, for almost no real reason at all, it hasn't been as effective as it has been in the past.
Either way most summons after wabbit shawpshootew get pretty basic (shoot, basically every summon after chillbergs introduction are bland ever since the Boohemoth fiasco, they have played it safe in what our summons can do ability wise once we summon them). They are all strong because they have to be since the level is higher. But not interesting at all in what they can actually do... I'll save judgement from it since im still low level and can't talk out of my butt forever until I get to experience newer summon options past the 150 range.
At that level, I used to keep a:
- Pet Drheller (nice mobility and great dmg output, plus a LOT of HP to sustain even longer fights);
- Saguaro (same as Pet Drheller, but a bit more vulnerable even though it, IMO, has the best mobility for its lvl range);
- Victus (great dmg output and can attract enemies, has a nice cross AoE spell);
- Whirlibig (didn't use this one much but when I did, it was because I was facing many mobs and its AoE spell had a rather large extension);
- Ocushu, which is a lvl 100 summ, but it can support (heal based on % hp, a status that makes you gain 1 AP each time you get hit for a max of 3; can place a totem that has a gliph that gives an elemental mastery bonus to allies and damages enemies) and has two nice aoe spells.
Though it's been a while since I last used these mobs, so I don't know if they've changed a few spells/stats.
Underline + Bold indicates mobs that can only be either found on Mount Zinit (then, only if you're subbed) or that you can plant in your guild's Haven World if you have seeds.

My set of summons 100-140:
Pet Drehller/Victus/Saguaro/Black Wabbit & Wabbit/Whirlibig/Ocushu (its lvl 100 but only one with heal to Shawpshootew
If you have a booster I had a lot of fun with the pet drheller and whirlibig (Don't see many people talk about them outside of the guy above me)
Whirlibig has some really nice aoe damage when buffed with Ap
best part of whirlibig is his lock
