7 day booster from starter set not active

Hello, I purchased a starter set (the Novice one for 5 GBP) for myself that included a 7 day booster, however the free 3 day booster I received is the only active one and will end at the 8th of August.

Could I please be told if that's normal and the 7 day booster will appear later, or did it fail completely? Would appreciate a response from support, thanks!
