CANT BUY OGRINES VIA STEAM WALLET

Hi ,today i bought steam gift code and tried to buy 23000 ogrines from ingame wakfu shop through steam and when i click buy it says an error has occurred during the procedure. i cant buy any ogrines and wasted my money please help

tried to buy Ogrines too from both the website and ingame and error always showed up
probably something on their end I'm guessing
