I haven't received my extra 7 days for the 7+7 booster promo

I have bought 7 days booster on november 25, 2020. However I haven't received my extra 7 days promotion. I have bought it from the game shop. Also I've sent a ticket to support team but no answers after 6 days.

#2735338 It was this. After I wrote here they replied me. It took 7 days so I was worried a bit. But I'm guessing I shouldn't use in game shop for promotions etc.
