Stuck connecting to Rubilax

My account gets stuck connecting when I select the server.
I can log onto my other account just fine and can even see the character from the "stuck" account just standing there as if he's online still.
Edit: I was able to log in about 6 hours later, but then once I relogged the same problem happened.

I have same problem. I posted a ticket. 5 hours passed, but nobody returned. turns are made too late. is it only one person working in support team?
