I logged on today after a long while of not playing (year and a half) and found that my characters were deleted.
I've recently changed my password, but still cannot change the fact that everything is gone.
If any staff could help me in any way to get back what was lost, then, please. I don't wish to start over from the beginning after all the time, work, and money that I have given to these characters. Reply
If you played on Phaeris back then, there was a migration where you had to fill out a form in April 2015: Click me. The form is no longer up, and you have to write to support now.
If you click your name to the top right, go to account management -> security -> suspicious connections you can check if there really was someone who had access to your account, or if it was something else.
You should create a ticket at support, and be precise in your wording. Bring some patience too
