Sabi,I know this isnt a ticket but I have been having a huge and giant problem I have been playing usually but sometimes I stopped playing then I forgot so I just go on my old computer and my account info is there but my old computer I gave to my friend but he deleted it so I reinstall it to get my info back since that working last time but then its not there anyway I could fix it all the info I forgot even the name of my character and hes level all I remember is that he was in the 50s,56 or 52 perhaps do you guys have any way on helping ? wacko
Plus I need to get back on fast Im still paying for membership also the email is a old one I have a new one now,Only thing I remember about my acount is also my name had Death in it and my main class was a sacrier has I said 50s,56 or 52

Can't complete one of the starting quests (the one where you have to choose a nation) because i'm already in a nation. Probably due to some sort of "tutorial" reset.

It is not supposed to go here, probably, but I do not know how long one usually waits for an answer when dealing with support.

I have 3 tickets:
RTO-196286 from 21.02.2014.
This one was created when I discovered that I cannot pay for my subscription with my credit cards. I suspect I know the reason. But it does not explain why I can't use Paypal either.
KBR-807386 from 23.02.2014.
I can't use Paypal. Other payment methods are unavailable due to me being from a remote city in Russian Federation.

I wouldn't want to go into details here. What matters is that my account has been active since 2011, I had a subscription bought right before release, it lasted the time it should (but I was unable to play due to some personal reasons). So that one time my payment went through well enough.
But now I can't pay. I want to buy a one year worth of playtime, and I am utterly unable to.
And support service is silent.

I would be grateful for help.

I have successfully paid for a year of subscription!

I am receiving the Payment method unavailable issue. I tried both Credit Card and Paypal. I have subscribed my characters from wakfu and dofus using these methods before but recently those methods did not work. I'm pretty sure many people get this problem.

Edit: support has responded to my ticket and the issue was resolved. biggrin
