For those who have been able to download and update both the updater and the game client but still cannot play, I would like to ask you to share the following with us:

We will need for you to reply with your "updater_log file" which can be found in your Wakfu folder under the "logs" sub-folder.

So first I got the error everyone else on the thread was getting.

THEN

I ran the client and it started patching and NOW I am getting this.

Mind you I have a highly capable Nvidia Radeon switchable graphics card and this is the first time I am ever seeing this problem with wakfu or any game.

Anyone else getting this?

By some sort of miracle, by taking the "jre" folder out of the wakfu folder and placing it on my desktop, that seems to make the game work.

However, I would like a better fix than just keeping that folder on my desktop, so...
