Is battlefield now pay to win?

After long break i returned the game and joined to battlefield.
I saw everybody now play with 3 char? Why? its mean p2w of course
even i have no time to grind my one characther full build (just any 80-110 or other level) how i supposed to build 3 of them? its looks like joke. I hope ankama find some solution for this (not only monoserver) othervise i dont want to waste my time for endless grind loop.

The point is to find 2 other players and form a group, this game isn't balanced around 1v1

Is the solution not just that you dont value winning in battlefields enough to farm gear? why should they change it for you, lots of people like it the way it is now, they put in the time to farm gear
