Rogue jackpot passive change

The passive used to trigger whenever you cast detonation, but later it was changed to only trigger if you cast detonation on a bomb.
This change makes the passive really annoying to use on a single target build, because using detonation on an enemy to trigger the bombs won't actually trigger this passive, so I would suggest changing the trigger to "when a bomb explodes" or "when you cast detonation on a bomb or enemy".
