The Server Cannot Be Accessed: Please Check Your Internet Connection

This is happening to me and my husband's computer. The internet is fine, as I am using it just fine right now. It won't allow us to login and keeps giving us the error above. What is wrong? Anyone else having this issue? Solutions?

I sent Ankama a bug message 12 HRS ago but nothing yet. Seems a lot of people are having issues, you'd think they would reply or send out a tweet of some sort they at least acknowledge the issue.

I have this trouble too. Also some ankama sites don't work from my russian ip-adress. I turned vpn to go to this forum.

I can log in to the ankama page and my account. But when I log in to the game, it cannot connect to the server and it stays on the black screen. I live in Turkey. I tried it on different devices, it's the same.
