[APPLICATION] Ecologist

Hello Dear Sufokians,

I tried to contact the current Governor to get Ecologist but I guess I had a bad window of connection for him. Indeed I find ecologist as a central point when it comes to get ressources. 
I'd like to get that spot to revive the current environment of Sufokia that I find quite inactive.
