Did I not notice this all the time, or is this a rather new addition to the Riktus bonus? I thought Brakmar had that Bonus? Was it added in the latest patch to go along with the Elite Riktus Mining Theme? Am I being bamboozled right now?
When the area bonuses of a nation get screwed, the Riktus gain it as bonus. So, that means that Brakmar bonuses are screwed right now.
