It's clear that there has been issues with the Haven world's since changes have been made, why not just keep them closed as you guys work on them for now? My guild and I missed our Haven world yet sadly aren't using it so much anymore anyway since good features were removed yet also due to the problems/bugs occurring. I'm very sure we would all understand if that's what's needed. As for the hard work you guys are putting into fixing everything back up, I wish you well and look forward to the end product when it's ready.
So the hotfix is actually just removing ability to use Haven World Phoenix yet again
