Hotfix for 1.31 - 13.02.2014

Devtracker

General

  • Respec: Performing a respec with Master Kano will no longer cause to loose ability points obtained via a scroll.
  • Spells Auras: They will no longer stack and will not remain visible after combat.
  • Movements: The characters will walk again when out of combat. 
 

Classes

Ecaflip
  • Die Alright: It will properly rebound in the case of a critical hit .
Feca
  • Inversion: The effect of the spell will be permanent until reactivated .
  • Feca Shield: The armor damage absorption will be displayed properly in green, minus for the spell Shovel Shaker which will be corrected in the future.
  • Untouchable: This passive will show the increase of Lock outside of combat.
  • Crashing Wave: It will be possible to activate the armor via Crashing Wave if the character is placed on a glyph. 
Osamodas
  • Gobgob: The fifth slot of the Gobgob will be usable. 
Xelor
  • Mummification: The spell will function correctly on an Osamoda, who had died while he was still under the effect of Possession. 
 

Sidekicks

  • Equipment Items: Trying to equip a costume on a Sidekick will no longer delete it.
 

Dungeons

  • Tourmentor Pit: Sidekicks will be able to be healed in this dungeon.
 

Islands

  • Shu’Far: The Shustuft Crust Dimension Clan Member will be correctly named Shu’Far. 
 

Quests

  • Wevolt!: The quest will validate for the entire group participating in combat.
  • A Roaring Trade in Well-Guawded Seeds: This Hunter quest will be triggered by talking to Valentin Fay.
  • A Roaring Trade in Gobball Totems: This quest will be modified, it will now ask to bring Wild Wool. Its name will be changed to: A Roaring Trade in Wild Wool. 
 

Items

  • Costume: Costumes will be a priority again over the Insignias. Althought this fix isn't global and some of the costumes may still remain under the insignia.
  • Tormentor Costume: It will have the correct visual on a female character.
 

Interface

  • Inventory: A right click on stacked items will no longer change the quantity to 1.

The team has decided to work longer on it, as fixing it with the hotfix today could have had an impact on other game elements, so it will be fixed still, but at a later time to make sure that it is properly done. smile

Sabi..why can't we walk normally in fights too? why did they remove that? Can't they ask their subscribers first?

The team has thought about it deeply and decided that while characters have a need to walk when out of combat, the need to bring more dynamism to combat makes it better for us to keep the characters able to run only when in combat.

I actually like running in fights. Not only does it make turns slightly shorter, but it makes sense in the roleplay aspect. You wouldn't causally walk in a actual battle would you?

I'd say running inside combat is one of the best things to hit this game this month. Less time on the counter slowly walking one a cell at a time to your destination and more time to be utilized in doing things that actually matter in your turn. Don't fret over something that's clearly in everyone's best interest.

YAY new buuuuuugs. Shovel Shaker from enutrof earth branch shows -0dmg in and out of drhellerzerker form. ALSO, even tho it was posted multiple times and quite agooooo, female enutrof hair still sticks from costumes whenever she uses drhellerzerker. Good Job Ankama.

Yes... Please either reset our ability to get ability points by doing the dungeons again, or give us back the ability points we had before the respec deleted them.

Yey, awesome! Any news about Guild costumes? They don't show up on other's screens, it's a similar issue. I know this update probably has the dev's hands full but it's been broken a long time and people waste GP and kamas on it QQ

I hope they can find a way to give our stats back. But i don't have any hope at the moment about it. sleep

Edit: Sabi wrote a comment while i was writing this and now i have some hope.

Hope we can get our stat points from quests and dungeons back... also... are fecas getting another reset? inversion spell didnt work as expected so left it at 0...
