Initially scheduled for November 7, the implementation of this new layer of protection is postponed to November 14 due to circumstances beyond our control.
Despite this unforeseen event, we are taking the opportunity to carry out a new round of testing. This additional time allows us to ensure that the activation and use of the two-factor authentication system will proceed smoothly and meet your expectations. We aim to meet the high security standards that you rightly expect for your Ankama accounts.
Even though the implementation of the new authentication system is postponed, we want to reassure you: our existing protection measures will continue to secure your accounts and related information.
Starting next week, you will notice the new security interface on your Account Management page. The activation button for the OTP (One-time Password) will be visible but inactive while our teams finalize the second round of tests for this functionality.
