To mark 10 years by your side, we thought about giving you bulbiflors – but flowers don't last… Unlike memories! (Assuming you don't have a gold snapper's memory…) Our 10th anniversary offers a chance to look back on the highlights that are seared in your memory, and in many ways… (Yes, don't worry – there will be gifts too!)
To celebrate, on Friday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. (Paris time), each battle you wage in game will bear fruit. To be more precise, they'll bear cuttings! Meaning that, when you beat the chestnuts out of any monster, you'll receive Wakfu Tree cuttings. Then you'll just need to demonstrate your lumberjack skills by planting the seed, not of discord this time, but of the World of Twelve's burgeoning future…
With your help, majestic Wakfu Trees will be planted all over the Astrubian city. Trees that you'll be quick to cut down so you can craft yourself the finest attire, as well as for pimping your Haven Bag (it's what's inside that matters).
But wait, there's more! You didn't think we'd leave it at that, did you? The upcoming year will be marked by events and little surprises (plus big ones), as a way of honoring this first decade!
Every day you spend in the World of Twelve, you help to write the story of WAKFU. A story filled with universes that are sometimes poles apart. An unusual world in which lush, enchanting lands known for easy living can exist alongside harsher locales that chill you to the bone. A world of miracles and wonders, which may also play nasty tricks on you… It features gleaming kingdoms and malevolent dimensions. There are remote, at times forgotten, patches of land, and then those at the center of it all, which are worth taking the time to rediscover.
This world will pull you in every direction. Sometimes you'll proudly ride around on your trusty mount, truly believing you're untouchable. Other times you'll be sneaky, whispering, exploiting the slightest opening to run for cover, even crawling around, aware of your vulnerability…
While some places are more popular than others, when a new land arises, quite often something alchemical happens…
It's all part of the story. The World of Twelve's, but also, inevitably, your own. A story you'll get to discover anew in the game, by exploring a unique book…

At the mentor machine only one option, exchanging 'Wakfu Tree Cutting' for 'Wakfu Wood' .. so, did Ankama forget to put the haven bag cuttings in the mentor machine, what is going on?
Then, would this explain why in making up recipe on the Large Sawmill in Astrub, 100 Wakfu Wood do not make the large version which is hinted at in the Wakfu Wood's description?

I based the amount of Wakfu Wood on the recipe for the Moonbow Tree, which also needed 100 special event wood.
I'm unsure if the recipe's are missing or simply not working or the numbers are wrong
I've been with Wakfu since the beginning, indeed they don't work during the weekend, but I obviously didn't ask them to fix it now, I'm seeing you're missing the point that I'm pointing out problems, not only the recipes for both cape and hat aren't there, nor does the mentor machine provide the haven bag cuttings - like I mentioned before in such a way there is but a tiny chance someone might be thick enough to misinterpret it. Hope they fix it, for us all, since it is after all a 10 year anniversary, would be nice.
Problems:
1. no 10 - year hat recipe
2. no 10 - year cape recipe
3. no wakfu tree haven bag cutting in mentor machine/wrong item in mentor machine
4. it also seems the description of the wakfu wood hints at combining wood to make a bigger version (like the monbow tree which needed 100 wood of it's own kind) - I sacrificed 100 wakfu wood to see if it was a secret recipe, but that failed. Tried 10 wood and 110 wood, that failed (hey, can't hurt to try), np
Due to an unexpected issue, the anniversary items cannot be crafted. We are aware of it and we will share more information this week. For now, you can plant Wakfu trees, and enjoy the booster gift.

Is this hinting at combining an x-amount of Wakfu Wood to get a 'big version' of the tree, like back with the Monbow tree? If so, I tried 10 wood, 100 and 110 (not trying 1000). Love to know.
