When publish this Sublimation is available to everyone from level 1, but realize need another grinding after some only drop from Zinit boss is this fair? Yeah they have the rights to take back what had been announce.
Healing is unobtainable according to the table in devblog (as you said) but its listed in drop table for Grozepin so I think its more likely that they added it.

I find it a very odd choice that they went to have a lot of the Sublimations only be dropped on high tier bosses indeed - Wouldn't it have been a lot more fun if they had spread them out across all dungeon tiers, one unique Sublimation per dungeon boss?

Missing one is Condemnation II. (Not any more.[Hotfix])According to a post on the remington discord, Boss-droppable sublimations aren't only 0,4% to drop, they also require a specific stele activated to even be on the drop table.
What specific stele activated means? Can you give an example?

Questions about Frenzy III (and generally about any sublimation that adds a percentage of damage).
Are we talking about final damage or a seperate percentage of damage ?
Also :
- How does Frenzy III work with indirect damage ? The same way as it does with the "kill two/three mobs during your turn" challenge, the mob taking the damage will be counted towards your next turn ? What happens if you don't hit anything ?
Didn't use it with indirect damage, but Frenzy III (and I assume I and II) is added to other damage inflicted modifiers on the character page.

What does "once per round" mean in this case? Once per turn?
Exactly what it says on the tin. Once it triggers, it wont trigger again until your next turn starts (aka, everyone in the fight takes their turns).
Just like other barriers can take X hits per round, and reset when your turn starts.
A turn consists of all actions done by one battle participant (my turn, your turn, his turn, etc.). A round is when all battle participants took their turns (Round 2! Fight!).
I'm kind of resurrecting this thread, but I have a question: If you have 4 slots (say BRRG), does it have to fit the first 3? Or could I use BRR or RRG for the sublimation?
Additional question: does Tenacity consume the 2 ap or will they be preserved? (for instance by Save or Masqueraider's double)
it can be any of the sockets as long as it has the 3 colours required in a row furthermore a white sockets counts as any colour no matter what rune you put in it so if you needed ggb and you had white green blue and put a red rune in the white it would still cound for ggb
