Can admins in Wakfu use any spells with Gm Commands including monsters spells ?

In online mmo's, ive always wondered if admins or Moderators ingame can use spells/skills from Monsters since they have a range of admin commands to help trough the game. In some games like Wow, GMs can learn any skill from NPCs.

In the past there were community events led by GMs where they donned special costumes of UBs or other Wakfu villains, and if you won a fight against them you got uniqe rewards.
