Got into sad situation

Hello, my ip was banned from the game and forum. I've posted request in support 4 days ago but no one answered still. I've browsed through the sites and I think what system counted me as a bot. Forum looks more alive, so I'm posting my request here. If you can, let support see it. Thank you
