I want to test are there any ankama member reads here, if they read, probably they will delete this.

"Ankama is a thief who steals their players items after take their money for many months, and they cant fix anything they broke because iops cant understand things about pc."

Note: I wrote it for a test, they are not what i think, i think worse things.

Create in same day, one in English another in Portuguese. That showing is 1 month ago the last activity is cause i asked for some answer and they didn't, no answer on both.

+11 days, no support. Someone can rly help me? My pets and items are gone, i payed for my tofu, ogrines, and that ogrines i bought with real money from u Ankama, so do something!

11 day most of us have been waiting 10 weeks plus for our pets and stuff to be returned and hit a brick wall .no answers or replys for weeks now.

Bug description: I lost 4 pets (Blibli, bow meow, CLAWBOT GOD DAMN IT, schnek), 7 deco haven gems + many stuffed toys and events decorations, 1 garden haven gem + 20 pumpkins planted, 1 crafting haven gem, 1 market haven gem, entire Rampart Set, J.A.R.N.O., Royalty Crown, around 801,000 kamas, a level 81 AP earth mace that I don't remember the name of, a Milkar chest plate, and probably other stuff too.
Reproducibility process: Well I logged on and there was no stuff, then a guildie told me that there was a crash/reboot 5 minutes before I logged so I guess you did something. C:

Well damn. I lost everything in my haven bag! My 2 Garden Haven Gems, 4 Merch Gems, 4 Deco Gems, all of my haven bag's furniture, and all of the stuff I planted! I was happy when I saw I had free stuffs, but now... this just soured my day.... sad

Ack. I totally derped. XD

Found my items on my second character.... False alarm!

The "Beta" Premium Mode Era did finish, 27 july pasted 3 days ago, so... will we have our items back @Sabi? Can u help us, it's a bug that count 3 months, the devs did fix it, but didn't give our things back, it's so bad to company have a lack of support, u keep saying 'be patience we are doing upgrades on support service' but we didn't have support till this moment, doesn't see true when u say are going to be better and 3 motnhs pass over our faces and noone changes... Can u definilly help us? Active and proper please? Can u call someone higher?

Do soemthing please, help us cause this situation isn't fair to anyone, we keep asking help and u guys just say 'time time time', 3 months is enough to check the logs, see the items and give us back what we did lose, i did post the ticket, send the number to u, here on forum, on ankama box, posted a list of items, where were it, i even did stop to play the game for 2~3 weeks when bug caughted me, cause i wanted to u guys see a clean log, and see what was the last action the accounts did...

AGAIN, help us please, i'm sure we deserve any help. ANY, even the small one, cause is better then nothing

To those of you who are waiting for their items/pets back from the major bug from the 5TH MAY don't expect to get your items back. This is what i got.

After an in-depth investigation, we regret to inform you that since the items were lost for over more than 30 days, we cannot restore the items to your account.We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

1 months sub as compensation.
