From today on, we will test an improvement in the account creation process. Our objective is simple: minimize the mistakes when registering and improve the comfort for the user.
A lot of accounts are still created using fake, incorrect, shared or easily forgotten email addresses. When encountering a problem,
support is often unable to communicate properly with the user.
Therefore we are now testing a new registering process.
Every tenth account creation will receive a verification email providing a link that needs to be clicked in order to complete the process.
If we notice an
improvement in the accuracy of the account details and therefore, the communication process, we will
extend this system to all account creation. Of course we will keep you informed.
This step follows our ongoing fight to
ensure your account security.
However, keep in mind that the first rules when it comes to account security are a
regular password change, and the absolute
confidentiality of your login details.
