Today I would like to share with you some answers to your questions:
First I would also like to thank the community for them and I am looking forward to continue this Q&A with you, so let's get started...
When are we going to have a global drop rate and Prospecting system revamp?
We are looking into this for June or July, with no set dates yet as it will be part of the global combat system revamp.
Regarding PP from Grou
: The main issue with prospection is linked directly with the Enutrof class, as the class has been offering too big of a PP bonus, which had the consequence to make the Game Designers forced to adapt the drop rate to an amount of PP extremely high for the Enutrof to reach, therefore forcing the players to have an Enutrof in their group to correctly loot, the result was for the players who no longer had an organized guild infrastructure to be unable to get the correct amount of loot.
While the loot advantage is an aspect of the Enutrof, this needs to stay within correct proportions, imagine an Iop hitting 3 times more than any other class and therefore finding the class overruling the server and making all the other classes useless.
The goal is to still balance the drop rate between the Enutrof class and the other classes. It is complicated to do this without going through a modification of the Enutrof as they are at such a higher level than the other classes that the other solution would imply having to make unnecessary heavy changes, as if all players of a moderate level would then have the PP of an Enutrof, we would then have to modify items in order to fix the gap, and possibly opening the gate to another type of issue, which would also make the difficulty of obtaining an item much lower and therefore we would also have to review all the items drop rate for this particular aspect as well.
With the upcoming craft revamp, it is planned to have a deeper review of PP in order to make things clearer and more logical for the players.
A review of the Enutrof PP aspect is also planned but the date isn't set in stone and this will also depends on the current team’s workload and what we have already planned for 2014.
When can we expect to see the content that we suggested a while ago to be implemented, such as PvP revamp, GvG, Dungeons, Mobile Arena, Trool Fair, etc.., will they be on this year’s planning?
We do not have concrete information for these but it won’t be prior to the June/July global revamp, therefore some of these may be after.
Is there any new information regarding mounts?
We are not planning on introducing mounts in 2014.
Are you planning on fixing the lag issues?
Yes, we are currently looking into it and a first maintenance is in the way for tomorrow: here

Are there any plans to expend the Count Harebourg storyline?
We haven’t planned on it yet.
Will there be a function to reconnect while being in combat? And will there be a group search function to join dungeons or simply invite new players who are working on the same goal?
Not yet planned for 2014 but will be in the works.
When will we be able to get the Black Wabbit Costume?
Soon but we cannot break the surprise yet.
Regarding the Smithmagic revamp, are we going to also have Wisdom and PP hammers?
These aren’t planned to be implemented as it is the same for the Wisdom and PP runes.
Will there be any change to the relics drop rate (such as doing a roll for each fragment)?
No, this roll system is already in place for the players but remains invisible.
Any news on whether or not we can expect to get (or purchase) more character slots on an account in the near future?
This is possibly planned (but can’t give too big of a spoiler).
Will the towns be put to good use (Fused with the craft revamp perhaps), as they currently feel redundant and incredibly abandoned/empty?
The Capitals revamp is planned for 2014 and we are making notes of your suggestions.
Any plans to have the outside-of-combat healing rate looked into, or 'downtime' in general? Healing up after a combat often feels like a heavier penalty than dyeing (De-darm) in this game. The whole downtime system currently just feels incredibly unfair and horribly archaic in nature.
We are working on making an option available to you.
When will we be allowed to use our visual emotes during combat?
This isn’t planned at this time.
We are missing the fish "Swordfish Tench" for level 95 fishing, and also chef crafts for level 80 and 85. Most high level fish are also not used in any recipe. Will we get these any time soon?
Yes, this will come with the crafting revamp.
Can the level 100 and level 200 weapons get new special effects like they used to? (Like Kam's Hand summoning a chafer)
We aren’t planning on adding new special effects at this time but we really enjoyed offering you the choice when it came to the auras for the 2 new relics.
