Enutrof Mines: status application bonus

This is a simple one: change the mines' current explicit bonus to chances of lowering MP and causing Broken status to a generic bonus to apply all states. Because generics are usually better and friendlier than specifics in this case.
Quite simply, I see no reason for it to affect two effects an Enutrof can cause while ignoring the three others (MP gain from Shovel Kiss, Fusion's Burning and Sca... The : 2012-03-22 22:12:22

The government system is really interesting, but as I try to get close to its process, I'm starting to notice that it's surprisingly poorly integrated with the rest of the game. Specifically, there are surprisingly few channels to communicate with the players not involved with the government. This one spell seems to have at least three odd behaviours, or at least cases of unclear description, on it. Here they are:
1. Several mines and burning state: sometimes it'll put the state of its described level on all targets, as long as any cell in the AoE has a mine in it. "Noob quest monsters" achievement won't finish

I seem to be stuck on this achievement. I'm pretty sure I've defeated every monster mentioned in the list a few times over, but it still says I haven't killed a

(Playing in French, yo! It's a small piglet thing near Bonta), and I can't complete the achievement.

I've been playing around a bit more with the new stat system, and I have to admit: I like the changes to wisdom, prospecting. In case you didn't notice, they now give you bonuses to AP loss and MP loss chance/resistance. Which is great. The symmetry and the fact that getting a 100% bonus is easy enough bother me, as well as the stats only seeming to affect debuffs. And of course, there's the thing... The : 2012-01-13 01:13:40
