I love how the post under it got edited for a minor thing but calling someone a "human lap dog" is okay? Lol.

Anyway in this game I find there's an inverse proportion between fun and getting ahead. If you wanna get the most ahead you need to 6-box, at that point you might as well be playing a ridiculously boring expensive single player game with a lot of grinding. Or you mono box and get the most fun out of the game playing with other people but suck forever if you don't get lucky with drops. Until this contradiction can be resolved the game is always gonna be broken imo. They need to change the game to the point where a mono boxer shouldn't feel disadvantaged in the slightest to multi boxers.

Best pizza I ever ate was in vacation in italy. When you eat the real thing you realize how lame and gross american "faux italian" pizzas are, they rely solely on a shitton of fat and salt to carry the pizza through instead of real flavor.

More people also means more people to mess zones up across the board. The governments try but it's pointless.

I've given up on bonta and amakna bonuses. I play on aerafal, it's not like we lack population to fix them, still broken. Brakmar and sufokia have the bonuses up most of the time.

They were made by a wakfu fan and they said more are gonna be added in the next months
Where did they say this? So we can make avatars for them and they'll add them? o_O
They made a news about it on the french website. Idk how the artist convinced ankama to add his avatars, fans making avatars for ankama isn't a thing, they just chose this particular artist for some reason. This is him: Click here

They do mention him being one of wakfu's most "loyal" fan artist (never heard of him tbh). I'm guessing he caught the right's people attention.

I crafted fryou around the time jellies were OP. I didn't farm anything, bought all the materials straight from the market, then I made the fryou and sold it for big money because of the high demand, broke even and got a free 100 weapon master in the process :3

Then after jellies were nerfed fryou's priced crashed. Lul

Law of great numbers. On the short term luck is more important. But on the long run an enu is definitively going to get more loot.

Your servers are so young and you wapac players are cute and naive. Let's see how enthusiastic you all are in a couple of months.

99% of F2Ps don't respect their audience. It's all about reeling people in with the "free" buzzword, making them feel at ease because they're not financially committed, hooking them into an addictive cycle but stopping short of delivering a full game experience and manipulating them into spending money to unlock it. And the funny thing is there is no amount of money that will make the game feel satisfying or unencumbered.

Don't kid yourself wapac isn't the next LoL, dota or TF2, I give it a couple months before the cash shop is full of ridiculous things.

So, what the problem here?

Quote (Warrada @ 04 April 2014 04:02) *
As things are now, we have low base drop rates in response to a problem that doesn't really exist anymore (because of the pp cap). Nobody can get these grossly high levels of prospecting anymore that made piss poor drop rates necassary in the first place, but right now we have to deal with both.

And "we", in this context, does not refer to Enutrofs. It refers to the player base as a whole.

With the challenge system if you happen to play any of the other 14 classes that isn't enutrof your drops are better now. Getting up to 150 pp/wisdom on every character in a team without sacrificing any attack power was impossible in the old system. The only reason you would be mad if you're a mono boxer enu cause ankama look your ridiculous edge away. It used to be that running a dungeon as a non-enu was pretty much a waste of time. I like the current system a lot better, you can run a dungeon as any class and still have a decent shot at drops.

The price is unfortunate but it doesn't affect me. On aerafal the market is chock full of the costume and it's fairly cheap. Some inrl rich people are making a buck out of it, but the ogrine/kama ratios are pretty garbage so I don't mind too much. You would need to spend like 500 euros to get enough money to buy an average relic.

Aerafal is probably the best server, great population, great economy. But ofc unless you speak french, that won't be too much good to you. Next best is probably dathura.

Till dolls get some sort of revamp playing without them is probably the best thing to do. He could play a full DD class, but then you lose the ability to heal & protect allies, which is why you chose sadida to begin with.

Hard to say but on aerafal I'd say it goes like this

Very popular
Sac
Iop
Enu
Cra
Eni

Those are also the "core" or generic team composition classes.

Average popularity
Osa
Eca
Rogue

Low popularity
Masq
Steamer
Sadida
Xelor
Feca
Sram
Panda

Seeing as ankama gives stats to gear based on their weight, I think it would be feasible to introduce some sort of system where you can modify a stat on your gear for something of equivalent weight.

It would need some caps preventing people from going to total extremes on their gear, but if done right it should be OK. For instance maximum 30 ini, 30 dodge, 4% crit, 20% res ,etc, including those already on the gear, that's just an example because it would be different for each different slot of gear and the level of the gear.

Could be a sub-set of smithmagic where you spend a few runes of the gear's level to make some modifications.

Like if you have a wobotic undewweaw but you don't need the CMC damage, you spend a few runes and you get rid of it to get 3% additonal crit, or whatever that's equivalent to in their stat weight system.

And it's probably best if we could only modify 1 stat and no more, to keep the gear's identity. If we could modify several things then the "original" bonuses of the gear would become meaningless, it would all be about level and rarity colour, which would be pretty boring.
