I am dreadfully sorry, but due to a current lack of active generals we temporarily need to suspend further recruitment.

Updates will follow.

I just love the reference / francophone in-joke to "The twelve tasks of Asterix", wherein Asterix and Obelix are to retrieve the "pass A38" from a local administrators' building.

Not sure if trolling, or playing to nerds' weaknesses.

Either way -> =_=

My word, "new" Astrub looks so much nicer than "old" Astrub...

You're saying that screencap is only from a year ago? We have come a long way!

It means that the ones who had subscribed before the launch date of February 29th 2014 will received these gifts.

It is a sort of recognition for being part of WAKFU even before its launch.
I do believe you meant to say "2012"

Sufokia does not exist in the Wakfu show. The characters in the show stated this, and the Foggernauts in the show surfaced so as to build a new one. Yet, the nation exists in the game.
Have you and I watched a completely different show??

Sufokia most assuredly exists in the Wakfu TV show, as princess Amalia at first assumes that prince Adele is from Sufokia. She is taken a bit by surprise by all the equipment they have, to learn very soon they are actually from New Sufokia. But the old Sufokia does still exist, but mostly in ruins and very sparsely populated. That's how I understood it to be.

But how are you linking the New Sufokians to Foggernauts?? Sure, New Sufokia uses machines that appear to be Stasis-powered, but they all appear to be full-blown 'humans'. Not a mechanical character in sight.

I would love for the towns in the game to actually resemble towns. More houses and plenty of NPCs to talk to. These small collections of houses with crafting stations are not towns

Amakna's Crusty Road! Now that one is brilliant. That one looks great and it actually even has NPCs

All except the last one loop pretty badly. Are these just mockups?

I wish for actual cities and villages, with plenty of NPCs to give it some character. Right now, Bonta, Amakna, Brakmar and even Sufokia pale in comparison to the grand towns shown in the TV show. They pale in comparison to the towns shown in Dofus.

A village or city is not a small collection of houses for crafting stations. I want to see the hustle and bustle of a city, not an empty market place with one bag and two PCs running to the zaap.

Welcome back Shin, nice to have you back

I guess I picked a good week to start playing a different game. Most of all this crap was lost on me. I only picked up on it when my wife went "Eek!" as she walked out of our Haven World and noticed an outlaw icon above her head

So, instead of clicking on a mine-block and watch the character hitting it, it could open a little window and WE would need to hit the rock like 10 times (the number of hits would depend on the tool) .

Sounds like the ore mining in "Galaxy On Fire 2". You put your ship on an asteroid, then a new screen pops up with the asteroid and your drill. The drill spins out of control easily and it's up to you to keep the drill centered as long as possible. Drilling way down to the center gives you not just the ore, but also a core.

If that Strich sidekick can lose it's head during battle, I think I will cry from sheer joy.
Or lay eggs that do not count as summons.
I used to love Tofoones, but these days Striches (worship them!) are my favourites aside from the over-caffeinated small werewolves. They're just an epic show of gross humor in Wakfu

Hark their shrill battle cries! Gaze upon their majestic spewing of blood! Marvel at the streaks of blood and intestinal fluids spread across the giant eggs pushed forth from their tiny cloaca!

...

Right... Enough of that.

Or wait 20 more years until our English mag come.
Ive heard that the wakfu mag is removed from the program, it may be combined with the dofus mag but I'm not sure about it.
Correct.

If you search these forums you will find different threads asking about the status of the Wakfu Magazine, which will include posts by myself where I translated the relevant news from the french forums. Funnily enough Ankama haven't even posted the news about cancelling Wakfu Mag on the international forums yet.

So there you go: the international Wakfu Mag has been cancelled.
