It's not that big of a deal. The server will be up soon enough. Let them fix what they need to fix so we can have an event regardless if your attending it or not. Get a bite to eat or something.
Who can eat at a time like this!? This is a tragedy that could me likened to the fall of the Titanic! How could you think of food in at a time like this!?

....

The server says "scheduled" downtime. What more do you want? Downtime is always up to 1 or 2 hours.

What more do I want? What more do YOU want as a paying customer?!

It's down for 2 hours every to every other day. That's acceptable to you?

Well, EVE is down for 1 hour every day and nobody really complains.
However its not on a random dartboard of a schedule
This right here. That! That right above this. It made my day.

But seriously. The randomly scheduled Maintenance times are starting to make sense when you take into account that they're being made on a dartboard.

There sure was. But why? Imagine you're sitting at home and your internet provider calls you and says "Hey... your internets is going down in 15 minutes"

Then you say, "But why, ISP? Why and how long?"

ISP says "..... trollolol"

Edit:

It's a tad bit unacceptable. I mean, I understand that some things happen and that emergency maintenance is necesarry, but as paying customers I think we deserve to know the reason and how long its going to take. Not just, 'we're shutting it down in 15, shut up and deal with it. '

*Sniff* Aaahh.. I love the smell of Running Server int he Mor- Hey, what the hell?? Nothing like having the servers shut down with no notice and or reason why given on the forums/website. Again, another reason why communication between Ankama and it's customers should be improved. Just saying, it would be nice to KNOW what's going on sometimes. Just... thought I would throw this out there.

At first i agreed but then i realized the potential of guard status.

They should first of all make becoming a guard something that is not automatic. It should instead simply be a title bestowed upon you by either the governor, vice, or head guard.

They can turn it on or off as they see fit.

The purpose of guards should be enforcing the non-built-in laws and rules made up for by the government.

So for example, a government should be able to make up a rule that says 'no hats in the headquarters'. And guards should be stationed there, to pk people who do not remove their hat.

I think it would make government more important, if they could actually have their own armies of people to enforce their will.

Of course it would cause all sorts of problems, but they would be entertaining problems!

Soldiers can be the common law enforcers as well as those who deal with bandits and foreign invasions, if martial law is declared, which it should be.

Happiness is mandatory.
I'm sorry. I think.. I just read this wrong. You want Guards. To kill people. For something as simple ( and yes I know it was just an example) for not removing their hats?. Hmm.

Grichmann....

I..... Thanks man. Lol, thanks for taking the time to write that manual. There's some good stuff in there, definitely would help some of the newer players get a foot-hold in the game.

Thanks!

Haven Bags Boutiques, Glitches, and other general problems aside, there's still one thing about the game I'm not 80% sure on.

Haven Bags. What's up with those things? I mean you go in them, you put the stuffed body of the Royal Gobbal on a pedestal in one corner, put some bags up on the old dusty wood shelf, mess with the consoles and gizmos in the back...

But there's a lot more to these things that I haven't found any information or guidance on at all.

In the Beta I remember walking into this other guy's bag and it being big as a mansion. This guy had all sorts of expansions and crazy stuff in there, it was fun to look at, but how do you get your Haven bag to be as epic as that?

Anyone know? I want to be prepared so I can 'Pimp my Bag'.

Sorry if you misunderstood, but what I mean is..
Your weapon gets exp. Which is separated from yours.

Also, you can't trade 'em but still they are gamebreaking.
Oh, got ya. Well. That is an uncomfortable thought....

The thing is, you can't trade those items at all. So even if your weapon is lvl 20, you can't take it off that character that has it and trade it with another one of your characters, can you?
